Two  ochre-marked parakeet arrived at the Zoo on July 7 and 9, 2026.

A young male maned wolf, named Chaco, arrived at the Zoo des Sables on February 3, 2026. He came to join our female Nova, 7 years old, in order to create a breeding pair.

Two golden lion tamarins (Leontopithecus rosalia) arrived at the zoo. The male arrived first on May 27, 2025, then a female came to join him the 5th of September.

Three black footed penguins (Spheniscus demersus) arrived on August 6th, 2025, to join our colony of about fifty individuals.

A male Reeves's muntjac (Muntiacus reevesi) arrived at the Zoo on August 6th, 2025, to keep our female company.
