Two reticulated giraffes (Giraffa reticulata) arrived at the Zoo des Sables on 9 May 2025: Maggan, 2 and a half years old and Nida, 1 and a half years old.
Arrived after a custom-made transport, our two young giraffes were very calm and quickly adapted to their new enclosure. Now, they meet our female Magida who seems very interested in these giraffes small size! A smooth installation, under the watchful eye of carers. Come and discover them!
